I tried everything, Vsync is on, lower resolution, reinstalling the game, it always freezes during the cutscene. Is any of the ALOT mods known for issues? I'll try without EGM and then report the outcome. Since I can't see why the monitor would cause the crash at this cutscene, it seems that it has to do with EGM. So the only thing that changed from the countless other playthroughs of ME3 is EGM and that I use a monitor. Having the same issue right now, for the first time ever.
